"The Night Before Yesterday"
by: Santonio D. Murff

... Awoke.... Intense PAIN.... ALIVE!
Yesterday: Shot.... Captured.... Mercilessly beaten...

Today: Shot! Where? How many times? Camouflaged in equal blanket of torment.
Squinting through swollen slits.... Scattered comrades in mutually
dire conditions...
Yesterday: Mass Protests.... Death Row.... Tookie Executed!
Response: Riots! Revolution!! Cities ablaze: flames.... bullets.... bloodshed!
Today: Bloodstained sooted tatters; Metals of valor!
Hot putrid dungeon.... PAIN! Escape.... Remember.... Remember...
The Night before Yesterday: Soul mates.... Lost Tomorrow Together?
Cherish.... Cherish the night...
... Showering: Upon my knees tantalizingly lathering her toes....
feet.... ankles.... calves.... knees.... thighs. Tracing curves....
mounds.... valleys with soapy fingers/palms...
... Kissing her.... There.... until she's throbbing on trembling knees...
Whispering On Silk Sheets: "Roll onto your belly baby".... Beneath flickering
candles, pouring hot sweet oil.... warm, soft flesh melts
beneath passionate caressing...
Behind her ear seductive lips sear her flesh.... She whimpers....
Burning my love into neck.... shoulders.... down her spine....
Painting it over the beautiful peaks beneath.... the backs
of her knees.... She cries.... engulfed in desire's Fire...
Such a devilish tongue.... teasing her rose petals.... Suckling
her secret.... entering her garden.... Love's nectar: ummmm.... soooo
warm.... sooo sweet.... She serenades my feast: Panting....
moaning.... uncontrollable spasms of climatic weeping satiation!
Today: Licking swollen lips in membrance of her deliciousness....
Smiling at peace.... what we exchange will never tarnish,
breakdown, be stolen, nor taken. For memories are as eternal
as the spirit.... Taking a shuddering breath.... Preparing....

Final Voyage... Still smiling.... Comfortably cocooned in
the memory of "The Night Before Yesterday..."
