Email Express

  • Email Express Mail Forwarding (not available for New York 'State' Prisoners)

    Why is email important when prisoners have no access to the Internet?

    Email provides the following for the inmate:

    All visitors to their personal web site ad will have the option of clicking on a special envelope that is placed next to their name and mailing address. Instead of visitors having to copy the inmate's address down and write a letter by hand, and going to the post office to mail it, they simply click the email envelope link and can instantly type and forward a letter to the inmate by simply hitting the "SEND" button!

    The letter to our customer is received instantly in our office. We download the email letter and convert it to a "regular" letter (so it is allowed at the facility), and then forward it to our customer.

    The web site visitor must provide a name and address (the email cannot be forwarded without this information), so that our customer has a regular mailing address for response.

     As you can see, this makes it much more convenient for the web site visitor, and because of this, ads with email receive approximately 80% more mail than those without!

    The inmate has his or her own email box; it is not shared with anyone else. Please note this service is not available for New York 'State' inmates.
