Looking For Justice

“In this country, there is no justice for the poor,” words of a WI activist. We have been working with prisoners for 13 years now and have learned first hand about our assembly-line justice. Here are some of the stories. Please contact FFUP or contact the prisoners themselves if you have questions or would like to see documentation. Email us at pgswan2@yahoo.com.

Clyde Williams/case dismissed but still in prison? WHAT????

Clyde Williams 022193, WRC, PO Box 220, Winnebago, WI 54985
Born in 1964; In prison since 2000.

Incredibly, this man has a document attesting that the judge dismissed his cases back in 2001. He was showing it to an authority in the prison-trying to start the release process, and that man accused him of Attempted escape – so he sits in seg. We are getting details and there are certainly a lot of questions. He is looking for a lawyer. The man is mentally ill and without support – how did he spend so many years in prison and what happened that he has arisen now?

Here Clyde stated he was put in the hole for trying to escape.

Conduct report states they are sure he altered the acquittal document.
