Allow me to pose a question to you. Have you ever heard a person, "Arrested, Tried, and Convicted" all in a span of 20 day(s)? That's my case in a nutshell!

I ran across an article out The Times Pic. Newspaper in New Orleans Titled: "Judges should be Impartial"... Go online and read it for yourself. What a breakthrough? Judge Leon A. Cannizzaro admitted openly that 1998 and 1999 he gave my State Appointed Counsel Joseph Meyer an allotted amount of $12,000. Cannizzaro claimed it was extra compensation for a man he considered to be "Overworked and Underpaid"... At what stage of the proceedings did Counsel Meyer prepare for Trial in (20) days? What was the actual reason Judge Cannizzaro made the payment to Counsel Meyer? Was it so that cases such as this one with insufficient evidence could be passed through with no muster from the defense? Through this failure to advocate my case prejudice arose making a reasonable probability sufficient to undermine the outcome of the verdict. The seriousness and punishment of the offense was viable.

I'm seeking some assistance or help. Someone who isn't afraid to fight for a just cause. Someone willing to expose the injustice done to me. I'm seeking to argue for a "New Trial" based upon all the facts surrounding my case. I was railroaded!! Also, I would like to file a lawsuit. What do you suggest? Thank you.
