People Vs. Solorio Case #VA-053386. I would like to share my true story to the world in hopes that this injustice doesn't happen to anymore innocent people. In the Court of Law, the Prosecutor only cares to get a conviction, whether or not you're the culprit or even if you're in a different city with solid alibi's. The DA doesn't care if you're actually innocent, even if you're willing to comply to take a lie detector, all they want is a conviction so the DA can promote themselves to become a higher authority to become a judge. The Pico Rivera Sheriff Department of CA are corrupt and frame innocent people, including the homicide detective Mcelderry (See Exhibit).
On 12-6-98, I was 19 years old. I was a full time student at Mt. San Antonio College majoring in Business Management and I also had a full time job working for a company called Phillips in CA. My life got stolen and I got falsely accused for Murder 1st Degree. My entire case from start to end is based on mistaken identity. I'm Mexican so in CA if you have a bald head, you look like any other bald head Mexican. I still have solid alibis who saw me in a different city (See Exhibit).
I plead not guilty. On 3-3-00 the Jury found me guilty. I've been trying to overturn my conviction and my family has spent $60,000 on 4 different attorney's fees, trying to gain my freedom back, but ran out of funds.
I'm hoping there's someone who can do a Pro-bono or guide me to do a Pro-per so I can file a Habeas Corpus on newly discovery evidence? I've found two alibi's who are on the Police Report who can show my innocence. See Exhibit of Stephanie Sanches, stated she never saw me. Even after the media portrayed me as the suspect and also the newspaper showed my mug shot. Plus she described the actual suspect as having a bald head & big ears and no nickname. Didn't pick me out of 2 photo line ups because I'm innocent.
I'm 100% innocent and I want to correct this miscarriage of justice so it won't happen to anymore people.
