Hello, my name is Leavie; while serving my sentence I have successfully completed self-improvement programs, and teaching others to accomplish the same. Part of that is to help hurting people to heal. I want to start a nonprofit org. writing textbooks to educate young adolescents, someday have my book implemented in education to reduce recidivism and praying hope for your open minded support to eliminate sentencing disparities. Please extend your generous courtesy and effort to change the course of sentencing policy seriously affecting our absence in such numbers, if continued threatens the possibility of the ultimate extinction of American citizens. Huge numbers of young, petty drug offenders serving long mandatory minimum sentences use precious bed space that cost taxpayers billions. The mid 1980's a precious Boston Celtic basketball player overdosed on powder cocaine, false misconceptions was believed to be crack. The careful deliberative practices of Congress were set aside to ease the 1986 re-election. In other words the bill was frenziedly rushed through Congress. See U.S. Senate, 99th Cong. 2d sess. (July 15, 1986) or US v Clary, 846 F. Supp. 768 (E.D.MO 1994) the US Commission advocated against mandatory minimums. www.ussc.gov/r_congress/02crack/202crackrpt. * Adequate stamps allows me to petition for drug reform bill H.R. 4545 and continue my ad, donations are appreciated by calling 1-800-634-3422, or www.westernunion.com (I'm open to suggestions)!
