Hello, I'm a man looking for a special friend willing to become friends with a man with time on his hands. I have no hang-ups about size, race, religion etc., as long as you are honest and caring, and did I mention likes to write (smile).

I'm tall, handsome, fairly well educated, and even though my present circumstances may not bare witness, I'm an intelligent man. I enjoy getting to know the real substance of a woman. I am a man who does not judge a book by its cover, nor do I judge a woman by her outward appearance. Like a good book, it is the inner substance which is important to me (although there is nothing wrong with a good cover -smile).

I enjoy the look and smell of beautiful flowers, long walks on the beach, painting, working out, writing, and getting to know new people. This may seem a little cliché, but I find something very passionate about walking in the rain alone, or with someone special. I love to travel and discover new things; I am a family man, but have no children and am not married.
