My story isn't unique of many. I grew up on the west side of Chicago. Raised by two angels, my grandparents. I'm surrounded by a special familia and friends are few. However I cherish these cause I know how precious it is to find a true friend.

I didn't escape the "hood" and it took me a long time in the gang thing to decide that wasn't a good career choice. I went to college for a year, took Computer Graphics for my major. I live continuing to believe in God, family and self to keep hope lid. Personally I believe it's better to always be up front, this way no one could ever hold your words against you.

I love sports, playing, watching and talking it. Go Cubbies! I enjoy reading different genres, and I find solace in writing. I'm inspired by writing my novels, poems, and short stories.

I would like to correspond with someone down-to-earth, simple and honest. Enjoys the little things in life and ain't interested in the spot light. Someone who believes in friendship, knows how to laugh and give smiles. Someone who sees the trees not just the forest.

Romeo one said, "O, I am fortunes fool". I could relate to that statement. Because of my hurts and pains I've learned to take nothing for granted and cherish every friendship.

If you're in need of a smile (think of the day they'll be no more taxes). "D'OH!" I guess it's easier for me to make you laugh. J
