Hey ladies my name is Rafael Otero but everyone calls me Rafy. Well as you can see, I am behind the wall but it won't be long. I am Puerto Rican but raised in Baltimore, Maryland since I was 10 years old. I was born in Puerto Rico and I came to the USA to better my life with my parents.

I am real light skin, I love my hair short, have 6 tattoos, brown eyes, weight 153 and stand about 5'8". The things I like to do when I was home is go out to the city, to the beach, movies, drink only on weekends and especially play with my daughter. My daughter is 4 years old. She is my life and my soul. Me and my daughter's mother have not been together in 3-1/2 years, but we are real cool. She is married and have other kids with her husband.
