Inglewood Police and District Attorney misconduct planted evidence against Timothy Eugene Mack. Please read my transcripts case No. BA286391 three counts of Murder Howard Byrdsong and Jontral Byrdsong and Norman Fields. Counts One and Two Byrdsong insufficient evidence to support conviction same for fields. Also here say statement deprived Mack of Due Process of Law. Yvonne Price testified she was told Regina Martin mistreated the Byrdsong Brother's and just wanted their money. Garrett Martin had an affair with the Byrdsong mother. Regina Martin came up with a plan to kill the Byrdsong's.

Arthur Choyce testified on Jan -22-2002 he overheard a conversation between Mack and Angela Wallace at 4:11 pm talking about search warrant. Mack residence was under surveillance on
Jan -22-02 all day by Orange County District Attorney. No one was observed visiting Mack that day was the testimony. Arthur Choyce was facing three-strike sentence of 25 years to life. Arthur Choyce lied against Mack only serving four months. Arthur Choyce testified Mack told him and girlfriend Laverne Brooks he killed Norman Fields. Laverne Brooks testified Arthur Choyce lied Mack never said that. Helecia Choyce testified that her father Arthur Choyce told her he had to lie or else the DA was going to give him 25 years to Life.

Arthur Choyce testified Mack told him that Waymond Jackson killed Norman Fields. Waymond Jack is a Black man. Damone Mosley the only person who saw Field's killer testified that the killers were Mexican men! Arthur Choyce was in prison when the Byrdsong's were killed. Radine Newson's testimony was that when she and Fields arrived at the scene. Fields got out the car, walked a short distance with her and was hot. She did not see the gunman. She told Police months later that Field told her to come and meet cousin Tim before he was shot. Radine Newson testified that she met Tim Mack three times before. "This is a lie."

Radine Newson's words put Mack at the scene when Field was killed. Regina Martin testified she was 75 percent that Vincent Munn killed the Byrdsong Brother's. Later Martin said she's now 90 percent that Waymond Jackson killed the Byrdsong Brother's. Waymond Jackson was living in Washington when the Byrdsons were killed, the evidence shows. Timothy Mack did not have a fair trial.
