Need A Chance, First Time Offender

My last $25,000.00 was spent on a Federal habeas corpus three years ago. I've been having misfortune with everything I have tried to do legally with my case. No luck at all. I'm working with a friend on a 440 motion for the conviction, we communicate via my family because he was transferred. I still get financial funds from my family, but not to pay for a lawyer. To whom may be concern, I just want an opportunity at life to be part of society. To make it right this time. I've been incarcerated since the age of 17, I'm 31 now. I got caught up, and I regret every mistake I have made every day that goes by. I am not happy or proud of my past, I wish I could just press the rewind button and change everything for good. All that I need is a chance, I'm a first offender.

We are living in an era that lawyers seem they don't want to hear nothing if the convicted is not 100% innocent. Whoever is reading this please give me a hand with some advice, or review my papers before I summit this 440 motion or if possible just label it as your work so at least I could get some play in the court after reviewing it.

My case is a drug conspiracy murder. I could also get another shot at my Federal habeas corpus if I can prove my case was negligent or done with bad intentions which I have documentation on it. I have good arguments, from misconduct from the DA and other I believe reversal eras which can at least get me back to court for a good
cop-out or who knows. If it is in your heart to help please contact me so I can communicate better and mail you all info. God bless you.
