I really need to file a Civil Lawsuit Complaint in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, that names (generally) as defendant(s)... the State of California and County of Alameda. My objective is to compel defendant(s) to agree to terms by an out of court settlement. So I'm searching for a lawyer(s) who's agreeable to deter payment for services until the defendant(s) settle this case out of court, or who can take on my cause as pro bono work... or for someone who can finance my lawsuit by hiring an attorney(s) to represent me, etc. The primary reason I must sue is that there are several agencies within California's executive branch(s) of government that refuse to comply with or enforce various state statutes and federal court decisions, due to political policy. Consequently, I'm deprived of my State and Federal Constitutional protections as well as rights secured in specific International Treaties in Covenants and Conventions signed by the United States and binding upon the State of California and County of Alameda. The politics of being "Tough on Crime" has caused "Justice" to flee from California's State Court System as State Judges suppress enforcement of the right to equal protection of laws. So my only hope for "Justice" is to sue! I'm extensively chronicled who, what, where, when, why, how in something resembling legal format and will send a copy with my settlement terms, when requested. Please, only serious inquiries! Thanks! -David Kohler
