Will I Ever Find You?

Often I ask myself this peculiar question. It's a frustrating feeling not having a "real" friend in your life.

Hi! I'm Derrick, originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. I'm 36 years old, 6 Ft., 220 lbs. - very physically fit. I work out on a daily basis. I'm straight forward, educated, romantic (I try to be ) (smile), articulate, ambitious/open-minded, God fearing.

I'm compassionate, affectionate, and very conscious of other's feelings and thoughts. I love a beautiful smile. Do you have one? ... Hmmm... (smile)

My ambition in life is helping children. When I'm released, I'd like to establish a meaningful organization that'll help neglected, physically and emotionally abused children; providing guidance that'll prevent them from experiencing any type of institutional facility. Most children only need someone to listen. A little "love", "care", and "understanding" can mean all the world to a child.

I've very little family, and my contact with people in society is limited. It's frustrating when you can't meet a good woman simply because you're in prison. One meaningful letter from one warm-hearted woman willing to give a "friendship" a legitimate chance would brighten up my world immensely.

I'd like to meet a woman who's family-oriented, sophisticated, caring, sensitive, with "true beauty within". Down-to-earth, not afraid of challenges or to be herself,
ambitious/open-minded for friendship.

Your race is unimportant! It's the intangibles within you that truly matters. That's what interests me! (smile)
