Need Assistance

My name is Richard Johnson, I am from Oakland, California. I'm currently serving 33 years to life under the "Three Strikes Law" on a 1997 conviction for a non-violent drug possession for sale. I'm writing in hopes of finding an Attorney, Professor of Law, or Law Student who will be interested in representing me Pro Bono in a Writ of Habeas that I've drawn up, based on my cased factors. The entire case is centered around corrupt police officers with histories of wrongdoings, and a deceased alleged informant with a profound criminal record, who never testified in the court of law, but gave statements used to convict me. Also, a so-called co-defendant who was tricked and forced into lying for the prosecution for a two-year time served sentence.
Unfortunately, I can't go through the entire list of misconduct by all involved by the prosecution arresting police, federal agencies that played covert intricate roles in the farce of justice. Anything that I present, I have undisputed evidence that I didn't have prior to my arrest, conviction, and appeal. This information was primarily obtained via "The Freedom of Information Act," that clearly presents evidence that was withheld even though we asked for it all in repeated motions for discovery. It shows a concert covert effort to eliminate me from the streets. Based on false belief that I headed an organization deemed prison gang, on the street aka Black Guerilla Family.
They obviously didn't think that I would discover what they hid in order to remove me, but according to the "FOIA" documents from several agencies in Washington, DC the object was to eliminate me. The illegalities of what they did is so blatant that once presented, any court of law hearing the newly discovered evidence would be negligent nor to exert its powers for justice.
Finally, I have all the new evidence that wasn't presented at anytime that would've completely discredit the entire prosecution and prove my innocence demonstrates without a doubt the wrongdoings, I would appreciate any help offered.
