Help me to escape from the loneliness of this place, and find an honest, positive friendship.

My name is Dennis, a gentleman of respect, born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Although 'here' (temporarily) I work to improve myself, so I don't make the same mistakes in the future. I don't have the prison mentality. I keep my sense of humor and put others first. I believe there is good in everyone and beauty all around us!

A typical day finds me reading, attending classes/workshops, writing, working, playing a board game or listening to music (especially R & B). I love watching movies and miss going to the movie theater and having a good meal. When released, I plan to help my father with his restaurant, spend time with family, travel and perhaps counsel kids so they don't end up in these places.

I am fortunate to have a job and can afford postage anywhere. I seek no material gain other than your letter, which if you are kind enough to send, will be responded to that evening!

It's nice to meet people of all backgrounds, to send mail back and forth, share laughs, things we have in common and what we may not.
