Re: Jackson v. Pletcher, et al., #CGC-10-504233 (S.F> Co Sup. Ct. 2010) As a Client & Patient, I am seeking the legal assistance from any Lawyer and/or Retaining (for monthly installments) for representation of a State and possibly federal medical lawsuits due to malpractice and gross negligence committed by physicians based on a major misdiagnosis which led to a total amputation of my nose and the inside of my head was removed to stop a deadly cancer from metastasizing. In summary, in 2008, a small hole was discovered within my nasal cavity, and a physician medically determined that no cancer existed and that the disorder was minor only requiring pills and nasal spray medications. For unknown reasons, the doctor and doctor(s) refused to perform a "BIOPSY" on my nose notwithstanding the fact that I repeatedly requested a biopsy to check for diseases, cancers, or any type of disorders that may exist. The University of San Francisco in California (UCSF) Oncology Dept. finally agreed in 2010 to perform a biopsy on the 2 Cm size hole in the nasal cavity which turned out to be cancerous. The (UCSF) was compelled to perform a total RHINECTOMY as the remedy for cancer in the nasal cavity spreading into the brain. I also went through 6-1/2 weeks of grueling radiation therapy to combat the nasal cancer. Please review medical report and photo and contact ASAP for legal representation. I am willing to split (50/50) with an Attorney or Lawyer to take my case as I have a meritorious case. I would deeply appreciate any assistance as I am getting sick again. If you have any questions for this case, please contact me immediately at the below address. Thank you in advance. -Raymond Jackson, Sr.
