This case is truly a profound miscarriage of justice! I am innocent and the Attorney General of the State of California has admitted as much, yet refuses to correct this gross injustice because the stakes are far too high!

In summary... By hands of a zealous prosecutor, I was illegally tried and convicted in 1981 for kidnapping and rape that I never knew anything about... Therefore sentenced to Natural Life! THE EVIDENCE IRREFUTABLY PROVES that the real perpetrator has Blood Type "O", while my Blood Type is "A". During my trial I was unaware of the different blood types (s); Primarily because I was literally asleep and incoherent during critical portions of the trial and this was due to me being forced to stand trial immediately following dialysis treatments. Equally important is the fact that it was "PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE" for me to have committed the crime of rape because I was "IMPOTENT" due to the side effects of the dialysis treatments. Also, the surgery I had to undergo to facilitate dialysis treatments rendered me TOTALLY UNABLE TO WALK WITHOUT THE USE OF CRUTCHES on the day in question! These facts along with others were never heard by the jury. When these exculpatory facts are brought up now (and have been for the last 20 years) along with the request of a DNA testing of the evidence to unequivocally prove my innocence, they refuse to address the issues claiming a "Procedural Bar". The true reason for not addressing these issues is because the reversal of an "ILLEGAL CONVICTION" after 30 years would mean million(s) of dollars in compensation(.)

We ask that you all come, especially Professors of Law, Students of Law, Attorneys and Paralegal's with any ideas to get pass this "Procedural Bar" and join in on the quest to seek justice on this and free Raymond Campaign! It's long overdue and all I need is outside help. Write and I will respond forthwith.
