Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in hopes that you can help me. Although I do not have a lot of money I can pay for investigation fees, and filing fees.
I will give you a short summary of my case; #97 447. In May of 1997 I was set up and framed by a CI Rodney Lollar. I was in Gila County railroaded by the Prosecutor, Patty Wartman. She used unconstitutional jury instruction that the Ninth Circuit Court has sent back for new trials in conspiracy cases. I was also convicted of First Degree Murder, and get this..... The man I was supposed to have murdered is alive and walking around. He was never harmed or threatened by me. The Prosecutor also used prosecutorial misconduct when she put her office behind the CI knowing he had stolen evidence and make false charges against me in my case.
The CI claimed that I was conspiring to murder him and swore an affidavit out against me saying that I was conspiring with a Mr. White to murder him. I have a copy of that. It was found that he paid Mr. White with a harley frame to claim that for him. IT was never brought up at trial. The CI worked in Mesa, AZ for over 12 years and left working for the police to go to Gila county. My case was his first case there. With a little investigating with Mesa Police Dept. you will find that reason pretty fast as to why he went to Gila County. It was because he was there doing the same thing, and so they quit using him anymore. The girl in my case shot at me while in my front yard in April of 1997. Phx. Police have a report of that. She was on probation for crystal meth at that time. Her prob. I found out latter was out of Calif. Orange County. She and Mr. Stuart were going to the Motorcycle Mechanics School on Deer Valley Road.
I never conspired to harm anyone, that was all made up by the CI for $1,500.00 but he wanted $2,000.00 from the Police, but they would only pay him the $1,500.00. He ever planted evidence in my case. I retired from the US Gov. and am 100% service connected Vet. of Vietnam. Please consider helping me, I ask you this in the name of my Lord JESUS.
