THESE OLD LEGAL WOES OF MINE

Good-Day,

How are you doing? My name is Aubrey J. Cummings, Sr., and I am 29 years of age. I was born in Miami, Florida November 29, 1973. Born and raised in the inner-city, commonly known as Liberty City one of the toughest untamed community streets in America.

I am presently incarcerated in the Federal Bureau of Prisons, residing in a Coleman, Florida US Penitentiary serving a life sentence for a non-violent crime, and currently fighting a criminal case that classifies me as a drug kingpin. I have long since left that life-style behind me and I press toward the mark of obtaining eternal life through my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It takes something drastic for any human being to be willing to change. As for me, it took losing everything I held dear to me to finally persuade me to whole-heartedly place my hand in the mighty hands of God. Earthly the criminal system is very hard to beat when the deck is stacked against you to the point where you really have no control of anything. In a society where we are suppose to be innocent until proven guilty; we are guilty until proven innocent. The common American citizen is blind to the strategic methods used by the government all under the protection of the color of the law. I'm in no position at this present time to give you a complete depiction of my personal thoughts of this governments activities because of my pending appeal cases. But I implore each of you to get more acquainted with this country's judicial system before you to become a victim of circumstance.

So I stand here in need of legal assistance, if there is anyone familiar with criminal law and has the resources to send legal material along the lines of the following: Drug Conspiracy - Dry Drug Conspiracy - Double Jeopardy Issues - Impeachable witnesses and evidence - Due Process Violations - Good and Bad Faith Violations - Pretextual Traffic Stops - Prosecutorial Retribution - Prosecutorial Misconduct and Prosecutorial Malicious Prosecution.

I would be extremely happy if any of you reading will be able to forfill my request. I am also in the process of filing a Civil Suit, so again if there be anyone who is familiar with Civil Law in these areas:

Constitutional Rights and Civil Rights Violations - Driving While Black - Violations of the 4th, 5th, and 14th Amendments - and Federal Tort Claim Violations; would be greatly appreciated. Since my incarceration in early 2000, the government has stripped me of all my worldy possessions and that leaves me with little to no financial resources. So every piece of legal literature that you send me will definitely be a tremendous amount of help. You can rest assure it will be used within the discretion that the law has set forth and forwith according to the realm of guidelines allotted to all incarcerated individuals. Whatever you are compelled to send, be it legal advice or simply a kind word, do it always from the abundance of love you have for mankind. Thank-you and God Speed.

PS. I have included a couple of exhibits to cooberate my trail of legal trials and tribulations I've faced so far.
