I was charged in "2001" for a 1989 Murder, and was found guilty by a jury of "accessory to commit murder". I was sentenced to 60 years. Central to the case was the contradictory testimony of those who actually committed the crime; as well as the failure of my attorney's to adequately seek out and preserve (and later, cross examine) a crucial witness who would have shown the states allegations were incorrect! There is also "evidence" to suggest my appellate attorney was ineffective. Despite this, the Connecticut Supreme Court upheld my conviction in: State v. Cancel, 257 Conn. 1 (2005). But all is not as it seems; "ONE SENIOR SUPREME COURT JUSTICE", dissented. (check Exhibit). He found that my "right to a fair trial had been violated", and therefore would have overturned my conviction and ordered a new trial. My family is supportive and committee to helping me anyway they can, but I need your assistance. I am searching for an Attorney, Expert Witnesses, Law Firm, or Legal Clinic to analyze and review my case and provide advice/assistance pro-bono. I am also searching for a Private Investigator. Please contact me for more information (see below).
