I am sentenced under the Three Strike Law. My controlling case is 2nd Degree Robbery. 2nd Degree Robbery is not a serious felony. This case was stealing clothes out of a store and running into a van. My cases were stacked on top of each other.

If you know what that means my two strikes were plea bargains. 1) 1976 1st Degree Burglary. 2) 1980 1st Degree Burglary.

If these 2 strikes had been looked into, they would have seen that they were robbers. I just didn't have a strong legal counsel. So hopefully someone can help me. Thank you.
