I am a White Nationalist political prisoner who was falsely convicted to 20 years for a "thought crime". I was targeted by ADL-trained law enforcement, TORTURED while a pre-trial detainee, and railroaded in a sham trial.

Police overreacted to an anonymous phone call about "white supremacists wanted by the FBI". The police state vilifies anyone characterized with that Orwellian term and mistakenly presumes he or she is prone to violence.

Police testified they had terrorized a restaurant in a tactical sweep at gunpoint, terrifying close to 40 innocent men, women, and children.

• No evidence of a crime in progress,
• No name or description of a "suspect",

The charges would have been thrown out in state court.

At trial my attorney solicited me to assault him in open court (see U.S. Marshal's Report). His conflict of interest forced me to represent myself while handcuffed, shackled, and "black boxed".

• Three government witnesses were not sworn in.
• The government could not make its case. The jury was "hopelessly deadlocked" for three days.
• The trial judge mislead the jury about the indictment and conspiracy law to direct them to convict on a conspiracy of one.

The First Circuit denied my appeal. The U.S. Supreme Court denied my petition for review. I petitioned for a Writ of Habeas Corpus in April 2009.
