It's not often that someone in my circumstances gets this opportunity to reach out beyond these walls and travel through cyberspace in hopes of connecting with those individuals who are possibly searching for the same thing as myself... A friend!

We've all had our encounters with life's disappointments, and some are worse than others. But wouldn't it be great if we found someone who's willing to take a bad situation and make better by talking about where we've been and where we want to go. Someone to share our hopes, dreams, disappointments, regrets, joys, likes, and dislikes with. All the things people never talk about in a meaningful way but wish that they could to someone who is willing to listen without being judgmental or expectant.

I am willing to accept a friend as they are with anticipations of developing something special. I am a considerate, understanding, non-judgmental young man who can embrace a warm sincere person from any walk of life, any age, or any race. I don't stereotype because no two people are alike. I enjoy reading, writing, listening to music, exercising, and I love playing tennis.

Before I go, it would be fair to let you know that while I've hopefully grown over the years... I'm not "brand new"! I'm still seeking positive change as well as not believing in perfection or expecting perfection from myself and others. I'm just trying to build my life based on elusive qualities such as honest, understanding, communication, sharing, and caring.
