I'm an inmate with a conspiracy charge. It is only one charge, and I received a 360 months sentence. I've been in prison since October 2nd of 2002.

I plead guilty because my lawyer told me that I have an offer of 188-210 months, but as soon as I plead guilty, they sent me to prison. I was back in a year and my lawyer was going to reduce my time to seven years. So I signed the papers, but by the time I get sentenced my lawyer said that my offer wasn't in effect anymore, and he recommend that is better to sign and wait 2 years to reduce my sentence. He also told me he will be helping me with the legal paper work but after that I called him he kept saying wait & call him back in 3 more months. After three years he told me there is nothing he can do. Now I'm trying to obtain some legal help.

I can pay all the legal paper and court charges. I can't pay lawyer charges because they are too expensive. But if you have a nice heart God can pay you. My conspiracy is for methanfetamines.
