FUN, EXCITEMENT & ADVENTURE

Greetings!

My name is 'Stan' the man. How are you? I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for taking the time to read my personal biography. I am writing to spark your creativity and bring more joy into your life. The fact that you are reading my bio tells me you are open minded. That is a step in the right direction. Your next step, I hope, will be you writing to me. Your letter will be definitely appreciated and responded to immediately.

I am not married. I use my time to grow, remaining positive in the midst of all the storms. I have earned my high school diploma and I am 9 units shy of of achieving my undergraduate degree in Business Administration.

With a B+ average, I have successfully completed the school of Culinary Arts, and have become a licensed certified Chef. I work on staying healthy, fit and counseling the youth here to think positive and keep the faith. Whenever I can find the time I enjoy challenging legal issues toward my freedom in the law library. I know I will make it when I go home. Here is a little more insight about me.

I attend weekly worship services in the Chapel. I am more spiritual than religious. I like to meditate. I really enjoy inspiring and encouraging others anywhere.

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York City. Resided in various states, last place, Rochester, New York. I was hard headed and grew up in the streets. I moved so fast, my pants did not touch my behind. Oh well, it is all in the past.

Today is the first day of the rest of my life and I continue to press forward. One of my goals is to strengthen myself spiritually, mentally and emotionally. My dream is to become a good minister and help those at risk benefit from my past experiences.

Unfortunately, I have no family or true friends. My Mother, Father and Sister have all made their transition into eternity. The loss of a loved one is never easy, but I have adjusted. I am grateful to be reborn again and I strive to keep The Creator as the center of my life.

I am good hearted, down to earth, honest, respectful, faithful and love to laugh. I like children, having fun, open minds, communication, listening, understanding, long rides, movies, dining out, reading, writing (See Writers' Corner) and a woman who wears her 'make up' tastefully.

My hobbies are playing cards, board games, tennis, roller skating, racquetball, swimming and horseback riding. My favorite movie stars are Denzel Washington, Robert DeNiro, Cicely Tyson, Dustin Hoffman, Wesley Snipes, Al Pacino and Nicky on 'The Parkers'. I like to watch Joyce Myers, TD Jakes, Paula White, Joel Osteen, documentaries, dramas and love stories.

I love music, gospel, reggae, classical and dancing. I like 'Oldies but Goodies' (while writing you, I am listening to "Stairway To Heaven" by the O'Jays) and I like Marvin Gaye, Isley Brothers, The Temptations, Anita Baker, Luther Vandross, Whitney Houston, James Brown, Aretha Franklin, The Wynans, Kirk Franklin, Yolanda Adams and some of Tupac Shakur songs.

What's up with you? I am looking forward to appreciating and cherishing a long term friendship. Exchanging letters, thoughts, ideas and share feelings about anything or everything. I welcome any subject.
