This ad is to hopefully find a lawyer willing to help me get my case back into court PRO BONO.
I was convicted of a murder in the first degree back in October of 2004 and sentenced in January of '05 and received in the California Department of Corrections in May of 2005. Now my first appeal was denied and they had me to do my own case, but the problem was that is, I'm in the medical section of this facility and have no physical access to the law library. Now have I only to fight my appeal, but I've also to deal with the prison for not providing my right to use the Prison Law Library, so in doing this they have put my appeal in jeopardy!
So now I am left to search for an attorney interested in providing me with their assistance and/or advice. If interested please contact me A.S.A.P.
