Directions:
Crush Cheez-its
in a bowl until they are crumbs.
Mix flour
and seasoning in a bowl with water until batter is somewhat pasty. Split
each mackeral in half and clean both halves. Dip the Mackeral in batter
and place it in the bowl with the crushed cheeseits to coat. Place on
dry surface (plate, sheet pan, etc.)
Heat oil
in frying pan until oil is hot.
Place the
battered mac in the oil until it is golden brown and serve! |
